How to Get Publicity For Your Business

One of the main ways I go out and promote our video production company is present. I take my camera with me wherever I go, and document almost everything I do I. A small camera (Canon Powershot SD750) and fits in the palm of the hand. I carry it in a bag that I sling over my shoulder. It is the size of a deck of cards, it’s light enough and yet so powerful.

If I have spent the night aboard the USS Stennis aircraft in production as a sound engineer, I took my camera with me, and asked permission to take pictures and video with her. Permission was granted, and every time I’ve had the chance I documented every little thing.

After this concert, I sent a press release on this subject, some local publications, print many of which eventually something. The “Tear Sheets” I then recorded and sent to my company on site and on my blog.

If you find that publications are big animals with a wild appetite, then you quickly understand what they want to be fed. If you love anchovies these great whales, then snap the place. Everything you demand in return for your story and / or photos is a signature that includes your name and address – website and phone number.

Our company has recently been a lot of work to help the homeless, including the production of two documentaries, “Small acts of kindness: A day in the life of the homeless in San Diego” and “The Invisible Ones: The Struggle Against homeless veterans.” During the filming of interviews and background reports, appeared to us at an event of Girls Think Tank, where they spent 350 backpacks survive winter “hot with all things” on the local homeless shelter. As usual, I took pictures of the backpack-give-away document. I sent these photos, the girls thought, and on its website with information about our company.
