How To “Green” Your Business

Everyone wants to save money and most people want to save the environment. So no matter what you are looking to save, here are some ways to make your business more environmentally friendly:

* Tell others perhaps the greatest positive impact can have on your business is to spread the word. Let people know what you’re doing and what you can to encourage others to make similar changes.
* Update your mailing lists when you send a lot of e-mail, you will want to make sure you send it to the correct address or they will simply be returned.
Buy energy-efficient equipment water coolers, appliances, electronics, etc. are all excellent ways to save energy. There are even tax incentives for businesses that purchase energy-efficient appliances.
Buy green cleaning products are harmful chemicals, most cleaning products, buy, safe, organic, rather than environmentally friendly cleaning products.
* Place a brick in the toilet to be clear, you should use the stone in the tank (above). This is used to reduce the amount of water it every time you flush.
